• Certificates are available for purchase from November 14th until December 31st, 2020.

• Certificate are not date specific, but must be redeemed by calling (800) 350-7463 and placing a reservation to stay before their expiration.

• The Pines Resort is not responsible for any lost or stolen certificates and will not redeem them for cash or Resort credit.
• Guest with 2020 Holiday Gift Certificates might use them in the package form for Spring Travel Jan 3—Apr 22, 2021 only. They can also use them any date in the future, but for PAID VALUE only towards posted prices.
• All orders placed from 12/22 – 12/27 will be processed and shipped on 12/28!

FAQ – Frequently Asked Questions

~ Can I use my Holiday Gift Certificate to come and stay for Christmas?

No. Holiday Gift Certificates are being sold now until December 31st, 2020 and can be redeemed on selected dates in 2021, starting on January 3rd, until April 22nd, 2021 and in the fall, starting on November 1, until December 22, 2021 excluding Holidays.

~ What happens if I can’t come before April 22nd, 2021?

This year, you can also use the certificate in its package form in the Fall, starting on November 1, 2021. If that won’t work  – you can still use your certificate on any date for the paid value that will be applied as a credit towards listed prices. There are no meals or resort credit included if used for the credit value.

~ Can I use my certificate to stay in the lake view cabin?

Yes! Our certificates are good for ANY chalet and all the lakefront and lakeside suites. The only rooms excluded from the offer are executive rooms (Honeymoon suites, Sweetland Cabin and rental homes). All rooms are based on availability and early bookings are encouraged.

~ How do I buy the certificate?

For your convenience, you can purchase our certificates any day and time! Sales are processed online  or by calling our hotel (800) 350-7463. Also, *NEW THIS YEAR* if you know your travel dates—you do not need to purchase a certificate! This year you can book Holiday Gift Certificate PACKAGE!

~ How do I redeem my certificate?

Certificates are not date specific. When you are ready to book, just give us a call (800) 350-7463 to book your room. We are sorry, but at this time, certificates cannot be redeemed online. Please make sure to have your certificate handy, as we will need some information from it.

~ How long does it take to receive my certificate?

All certificates are delivered by USPS. We recommend that you allow 5-7 days for the delivery. The closer to Christmas, the more delay can be expected. We process and mail certificates daily.

~ Are there any hidden fees?

No hidden fees! At the time of purchase we will also collect 11% occupancy tax, but there is no other resort fees, taxes or charges due at check out, UNLESS you decide to upgrade your room, stay in a pet room or incur any incidental charges.

~ Can I cancel my certificate?

No, once processed and sold, the certificate is non-cancellable.

~ What’s the difference between a certificate and a gift card?

Certificates are a price guarantee. Unless you incur incidental charges, once your purchase the certificates and book a room between Jan 3 and Apr 22, 2021 or Nov 1—Dec 22, 2021 – your stay is paid for, regardless what are the prices listed.

Gift cards are like cash money – they do not guarantee prices, but you can use them towards any of the rooms that are offered. If your gift card balance is lower than the room cost, you will be responsible for the difference in price.

~ What if I have more than two people coming?

Certificate covers a one-night stay for two in one of our rooms. Additional guest, age 12 and over are subject to $20 per person/night fee. Kids under the age of 12 stay free of charge with their parents/guardians. Max. occupancy (adults and kids combined) per room cannot exceed 6 for chalets; 4 for suites .

~ Can I buy/use more than one certificate?

Yes! You can buy as many as you wish and you can combine them to extend your stay! Please know, that our online order form can only process 5 certificate at once. If you need more than that, you will need to fill out a second order form.

~ Do you offer any discounts?

We are not able to combine Holiday Gift Certificates with any other discount, coupons, promotions or group rate. Depending on the travel date and room type, certificates offer up to $114 in savings, which is alone a great deal.
