The Pines Resort is growing!

The Pines Resort, located 17 miles south of Yosemite features 84 two-story cabins, 20 lakefront hotel rooms and 2 cabins. It’s convenient location, affordable rates and premium amenities attract visitors from all over the globe. Last month the Pines has announced that they are expanding and adding another property to their inventory.

Granite Ridge Villa

The new house, called Granite Ridge Villa is located just 1 mile east from the Pines Resort, in the Bass Lake Estates Neighborhood. Future guests will enjoy the privacy of the rental home, but with the convenience and access to all the Resort’s amenities.

Rental Home Location

The property is set on a hill top with the best views of Bass Lake in the area! It’s a perfect choice for larger families or groups of friends. Come for a weekend or make it your home away from home for holidays. Relax and enjoy breathtaking views of both, the sunrise and the sunset from the wrap-around deck.

Features

The Villa features an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings, custom fixtures and mountain lodge ambiance. Guests can comfortably use all of the six bedrooms and select between king or queen size beds. All bedrooms have access to their own private bathrooms and each one of them has an access to a wrap-up deck with 180 view of the lake.

Rental Home Amenities

The Granite Ridge Villa comes with some upscale amenities, including a large, open living room with open floor plan, wood burning fireplace and a 4-car garage. Families can gather in a Chef’s type kitchen with walk-in pantry and lots of counter space. Propane BBQ as well as firepit are available for use. For guests’ convenience laundry and dryer are available on-site, all linens are provided and guests have a full accesss to all amenities at the Resort, like the pool, tennis courts, jacuzzi, restaurants, etc.

This rental home can accommodate up to 12 guests with a minimum of 3-night stay. Strict no smoking and no pet policy applies to all renters. Rental Home can be only used for an overnight stay and private use with no parties allowed. Due to special terms & conditions, at this time the property can be only booked over the phone (800) 350-7463, but the dates and rates can be previewed online.

(Golf cart is not included with the rental. At this time we do not offer golf cart rentals)

Rates

Rates are based on season and day of the week and they range from $699 in Nov-Mar (Sunday – Thursday) up to $1699 during holidays. Seasonal specials and bonus offers will be available to our subscribers throughout the year. Housekeeping fee ($425) and refundable security deposit are due with booking.
