All orders placed between 12/24 – 12/28 will be processed and shipped on 12/29! Certificates are typically processed and shipped within 5-7 business days. Please add additional 2-3 days to processing times for orders placed after December 10th, 2025.
Can I use my Holiday Gift Certificate to come and stay for Christmas?
No. Holiday Gift Certificates are being sold now until December 31st, 2025 and can be redeemed on selected dates in 2026, starting on January 4th, until March 31th, 2026, and also from Nov. 1 – Dec. 17, 2026.What happens if I can’t come before March 31th, 2025?
You can come back in the Fall 2025.In addition, you can use your certificate on any date outside of the listed dates, but for the paid value that will be applied as a credit towards listed prices. There are no meals or resort credit included, if used outside of the designed travel window.
Can I use my certificate to stay in the lake view cabin?
Yes! Our certificates are good for ANY chalet and all the lakefront and lakeside suites. The only rooms excluded from the offer are executive rooms (Honeymoon suites, Sweetland Cabin and rental homes). All rooms are based on availability and early bookings are encouraged.How do I buy the certificate?
For your convenience, you can purchase our certificates any day and time! Sales are processed online or by calling our hotel (800) 350-7463.How do I redeem my certificate?
Certificates are not date specific. When you are ready to book, just give us a call (800) 350-7463 to book your room or scan the code in the back of your certificate to redeem it online.When calling, please make sure to have your certificate handy, as we will need some information from it.
When booking online, please ensure to select the correct room type to have your stay covered. If you wish to upgrade the room type, you will pay any remaining balances at check in. Please make sure to type your certificate number in the notes. Certificates MUST be presented upon check-in to be applied to your stay.
IMPORTANT: If you wish to combine certificate stay with self-paid nights – you MUST call to book your stay. Online system allows one type of payment: certificates or self-paid.
How long does it take to receive my certificate?
All certificates are delivered by USPS. We recommend that you allow 5-7 days for the delivery. The closer to Christmas, the more delay can be expected. We process and mail certificates daily.Are there any hidden fees?
No hidden fees! At the time of purchase, we will also collect 11.5% occupancy tax, but there are no other resort fees, taxes or charges due at check out, UNLESS you decide to upgrade your room, stay in a pet room, bring more guests, or incur any incidental charges.As a courtesy, we are including the Resort Fee in the certificate value, so it will be waived for the holiday gift certificate holders.
Can I cancel my certificate?
No, once processed and sold, the certificate is non-cancellable.What’s the difference between a certificate and a gift card?
Certificates are a price guarantee. Unless you incur incidental charges, once your purchase the certificates and book a room between January 4th, until March 31th, 2026, and also from Nov. 1st – Dec. 7th, 2026. – your stay is paid for, regardless of what are the prices listed.Gift cards are like cash money – they do not guarantee prices, but you can use them towards any of the rooms that are offered. If your gift card balance is lower than the room cost, you will be responsible for the difference in price.
What if I have more than two people coming?
Certificate covers a one-night stay for two in one of our rooms. Additional guest, age 12 and over are subject to $20 per person/night fee. Kids under the age of 12 stay free of charge with their parents/guardians. Max. occupancy (adults and kids combined) per room cannot exceed 6 for chalets; 4 for suites .Can I buy/use more than one certificate?
Yes! You can buy as many as you wish, and you can combine them to extend your stay! Please know, that our online order form can only process up to 4 certificates at once. If you need more than that, you will need to fill out a second order form. Keep in mind, that we can ship these certificates to one address, please place separate orders if you have multiple recipients.Do you offer any discounts?
We are not able to combine Holiday Gift Certificates with any other discount, coupons, promotions or group rate. Depending on the travel date and room type, certificates offer up to 60% in savings, which is alone a great deal. 8. $50 Dining credit must be used at one of our restaurants, Ducey’s on the Lake or Ducey’s Bar & Grill and is good for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
9. Limited pet-friendly chalets may be available and will be subject to $85/stay pet fee.

11. Holiday Gift Certificates are non-refundable.
12. Holiday Packages expire between Apr. 1st and Oct. 31st, 2026 but paid value never expires and can be used as a credit towards any reservation.
