Join us in the Cedar Room for special family photos with Santa, following his arrival (approx. 7pm).

Can I decide how to participate when I arrive?
Yes! You can participate as much or as little as you wish. Please keep in mind that some of the opportunities, like Float Parade or Secret Santa are only available in advance and we have a limited availability.How much does it cost to participate in the event?
Attending the event is FREE! There will be multiple opportunities to donate funds to our featured charity or for business promotion.What time should I arrive?
Festivities will start at 5:30pm with the float parade starting around 6:15pm. In order to park, take the shuttle service and find a good spot to watch the festivities, we recommend that you arrive no later that 5pm.Where should I park?
Parking in the Village will be very limited. We ask that all day-visitors park near the former Government Center on Road 274 and take advantage of the bus shuttle. Both the parking and the shuttle service are free and will be indicated by signage.What happens in case of inclement weather?
This event is rain, snow or shine.How to dress?
The entire event, except for pictures with Santa will be held outdoors. Please dress comfortable for the weather.Is lodging available?

Seasonal food will be available for purchase at the food booth. Additional options are available at the Pines Market, as well as both Ducey's on the Lake and Ducey's Bar & Grill will be open for sit-down service.
